Mindful Break

Hi folks,

Happy New Year! Today is the first day back to work and school for many, and what an entrance into 2022 it has been for us all. As most of us are back to online working and learning, it is now more than ever to reflect on ways to continue to stay steadfast for ourselves.


My wish for you and your loved ones is to find ways to support you in keeping mentally and physically healthy and strong.

I know there are so many different tools in the world for healing. And depending on what we need that day, we may gravitate to.


For me personally, tools for healing include on any given day, the power of fresh air, various yoga practices, such as pranayama (breath techniques) and asana (physical practice), experiencing sound, and meditation.


You may already be familiar with the immense benefits of breath regulation (examples include: reduce stress, boost in immune system, alertness to name a few).


Throughout the workday this week as you reestablish routines, I encourage you to take those mindful breaks.


Take your eyes away from the screen, stretch, drink a glass of water, and feel free to just listen to a 5-minute mindful awareness practice on my Offerings page: www.renasmethod.com/offerings to help bring some ease and grounding into your day.
